A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. -Proverbs 13:22
Now let's study the biblical season of the Great Wealth Transfer of the last days so that we put the timing of this event in a proper context. Later in this series we'll study supernatural law and the manifestation of wealth transfer in our lives. First, let’s lay a solid foundation concerning the timing, which the Bible makes clear.
JAMES CHAPTER FIVE
James talks about the season being the last days in the book of James chapter five. In James 5:1 James says, (King James Bible), "Go to, now, ye," or you, "rich men." So whom is James talking to? Rich men. Again, whom is James addressing? He's addressing rich men, because he says, "Go to, now, you rich men. ...ye rich men." Well, the question is, do rich men have wealth? Well, of course, they do. That's why scripture calls them rich.
Proverbs 13:22 says the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just, or you could say the wealth of the ‘rich man’ is laid up for the just. Now, how many rich men do you know? How many rich people do you know? How many rich folks abide on this planet? Many!
THE GREAT WEALTH TRANSFER
James is addressing these individuals. "Go to; now, ye rich men is a warning to the wicked rich!" Scripture goes on to say, "Weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you." The Message Bible makes it plain.
Now let's look at James chapter five, from The Message Bible.
5 1-3 And a final word to you arrogant rich: Take some lessons in lament. You’ll need buckets for the tears when the crash comes upon you. Your money is corrupt, and your fine clothes stink. Your greedy luxuries are cancer in your gut, destroying your life from within. You thought you were piling up wealth. What you’ve piled up is judgment.
4-6 All the workers you’ve exploited and cheated cry out for judgment. The groans of the workers you used and abused are a roar in the ears of the Master Avenger. You’ve looted the earth and lived it up. But all you’ll have to show for it is a fatter than a usual corpse. In fact, what you’ve done is condemn and murder perfectly good persons, who stand there and take it.
7-8 Meanwhile, friends, wait patiently for the Master’s Arrival. You see farmers do this all the time, waiting for their valuable crops to mature, patiently letting the rain do its slow but sure work. Be patient like that. Stay steady and strong. The Master could arrive at any time.
A WARNING TO THE RICH
Now, notice, of course, weeping is crying, howling is to make a sound like a destitute dog, like a dog that's just out at night alone. You know, it just reminds you of a lonely, lost animal out there, crying out to the moon if you would. Well, the men that are weeping and howling are the rich men, and they're doing it because of the miseries that shall come upon them. Notice; "Miseries that shall come upon you." Shall come sets the context as a future season from when James was writing. This is a prophetic word, a prophetic warning to the rich. Do you see how this confirms the prophecy of financial inversion? Think of this, and the Lord will give you wisdom.
MISERIES SHALL COME
Now, let me ask you a question. What do you think is the greatest misery, the greatest suffering that can come upon a rich man? I submit to you it is to lose his wealth. So James says, "Go to, now, you rich men. Miseries shall come..." Well, that (shall come) means that it's future. That means that James was talking about something that was going to happen to rich people who handle money improperly. I believe, with all my heart, that James was pointing toward the Great Wealth Transfer of the last days.
DO THE RIGHT THING
The warning to the rich is that they should do the right thing with money, which starts with the tithe (giving God 10%). We need to understand that the area of tithing and giving is major in manifesting wealth transfer. The area of sowing or giving is critical in the season of wealth transfer. This is something you either to you or from you. Tithing is what you need to be doing. This is so, so important. We will spend some time later getting an understanding of tithing and sowing. But you should start now!
