And Jesus answering said unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be removed, and be cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he said. Mark 11:22-23 (KJV 2000)
For he hath said, I'll never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5-6
Living by faith does not mean we will never have challenges, tests and trials. However, faith goes contrary to the circumstances. Why? Faith is the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). Are you facing apparent failure in the circumstances of life today? Are even family members telling you to throw in the towel? The faith walk is sometimes a lonely walk. Many will leave you when they think you are going under. It’s just human nature, like the old song says; "Everybody loves a winner, but when you lose, you lose alone." People (even relatives) will cave in, give up and quit you. Even Job's wife told him to curse God and die. The good news is the Lord will never leave you or forsake you! Faith boldly speaks of confidence in the Lord. Hebrews 13:6(Amplified Bible) says; “So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?” Are you boldly saying that the Lord is my helper?
Application: Read Hebrews chapter 13.
Affirmation: BOLDLY SAY: “The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm, I will not fear or dread or be terrified. What can man do to me?” Say it four more times.
As you pray this you are praying God’s perfect will, because you are praying the Word back to God. Do it in faith and you will see phenomenal results.
I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of our understanding being enlightened; that we may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. In Jesus Name, Amen.
